Description Randy Owens 2007-05-24 11:13:25 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.3)
Installed from: Debian stable Packages

I'd like to be able to have an alarm that will repeat, but won't commence the "countdown" until I click the "close" button on the alarm window. For instance, I have an action that I'd like to repeat once an hour, but I can't do it until a full hour is up, and sometimes I'm a few minutes late on it. So, I'd get an alarm at e.g. 6:20, don't get around to it until 6:27, then I click it, and the repeat would be for 7:27 instead of 7:20. I'd think the most straightforward place for a control for it would be a simple checkbox in the recurrence area (perhaps both the simple and the recurrence tab area).

I agree this is needed, when setting up a recurrence a selection for recurrence from alarm or confirmation would be nice.
