Currently, for exchange there are many plugins. But none are complete :-)

One option is to use cached-imap with exchange for all PIM related stuff. This works good to most extent. The problem is that when I accept a meeting request from Kmail, the meeting updates are saved only on my local box and not the exchange server.
Once way to overcome it is to drag the meeting email (after accepting it) from Deleted Items to Calendar folder. This, thus, reflects the changes in Exchange also. But for those meeting requests (which were manually dragged), there's no reminder being popped up.
If this issue gets fixed, I guess we'll have one method (cached-imap) which would fully functionally be supporting exchange.

I guess I'll close this since we're moving to OpenChange and Akonadi
