Kopete main, chat and configuration windows pop-ups to different desktops.

This is little bit related to  http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=140488

When user have selected from options to move to desktop where chat window is open, and clicks there Configuration panel from IM window, configuration panel will pop-up to desktop where main window is used last time and not to IM 
window desktop. 

User open main window first time to desktop 1 and start chat with other user.

Then moves chat window to desktop 2 and clicks main window open from systray. Desktop will change to desktop 1. 

(if from option is enable to not move chat window when clickin user on main window, user moves back from desktop 1 > desktop 2)

User clicks configuration from menu on desktop 2 where chat window is, kopete configuration window will pop-up to desktop 1 where main window is. This is one problem.

If user moves configuration window to desktop 3, and clicks main systray icon, main window will pop-up on desktop 3.


Configuration window will pop up to same chat desktop if main window is minimisez to systray on other window.
