Version:           2.5.6 (using KDE KDE 3.5.6)
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

Both are mapped to Alt+Ctrl+Shift+F.

I recommend mapping "Show side bar" to Shift+ESC, as it's easily reachable and it's used by other IDEs to do the same thing.
