Description Alan Ezust 2007-04-25 21:40:57 UTC
Version: unknown (using KDE 3.5.5, Debian Package 4:3.5.5a.dfsg.1-8 (4.0))
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.18-4-686

it would be nice if I set the default template for all newly created todo items. Either that, or add another submenu on the File menu
"new Todo from template..." and in the submenu, list all the created templates.

Basically, I want to be able to create a new todo against my saved template with a single keyboard shortcut.

this is a great idea! I favor the first solution (setting a default template)

also, can templates have embedded variables like duedate = today, rather than DUE;VALUE=DATE:20080930 <-- this date won't be useful as a due date tomorrow clearly :)
