Version: 3.5.5 (using KDE 3.5.5, Debian Package 4:3.5.5a.dfsg.1-8 (4.0)) Compiler: Target: x86_64-linux-gnu OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.18-4-amd64 KOrganizer crashes sometimes upon startup, when it tries to save the remote calendar. The calendar resides on a sftp:// resource, and usually works fine. Before the crash I get a generic "Error when saving BLA calendar" message. This error only happens when running Kontact (the shell). When I run KOrganizer as standalone, everything is well. I use the overview page of Kontact to show me the current dates I have, maybe this is a problem? I will also attach a backtrace, I hope that helps.

Hello, I observe the same problem on Korganizer in Kontact. It crashes only when it saves on remote calendars _automatically_. Manually, it seems not craching. My calendars resides on a http (google).
