Version: 1.0.1 (using KDE KDE 3.5.6) Installed from: Ubuntu Packages OS: Linux When I am adding servers and channels, especially for a new user, I can see two useful changes Network -- this is an arbitrary name and I thought it was more important than it really is. Is there some way to make the Network field more "what ya wanna call it?" Auto-join Channel field: this should have a built-in #sign so that I know that I don't have to add it (otherwise, I don't know if its needed or not (experienced users might know, but were not all those!)) I hope these make sense, thanks!

Channels don't need to start with a #. They can have other prefixes, too.
