Version: 3.5.6 (using KDE 3.5.6, Arch Linux) Compiler: Target: i686-pc-linux-gnu OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.20-ARCH The front page of the web site http://www.tetesaclaques.tv This page is probably not valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.tetesaclaques.tv%2F but firefox, opera and even Internet Explorer are able to render it correctly.
Did this page change in the meantime? It renders just the same in firefox, konqueror 3 ( 3.5.9) and konqueror4 in a recent svn.
Confirmed the bug by using archive.org . For reference, here's the page: http://web.archive.org/web/20070405184746/http://tetesaclaques.tv/ It's not well rendered by both konq3 and konq4 in trunk.
Something must have gotten fixed here, because both the archive and the current page render fine. The archive leaves off the video, but that might have something to do with how it was archived. Or was that the problem before? The video shows in iceweasel.
I don't think it's fixed yet. I tested in kubuntu 8.04.1 and the site loaded fine, however it's because the flash ads weren't loaded ( don't know why they didn't though ). Contrast this with Opensuse 11.0 where you get half the page covered in blue.

I would have been using a quasi-recent trunk, so I wonder what distros might have done? Different Qts? Different flash versions? What?
Forgot to mention, that my finding were only related to the archive page. Also I tested with Arch kde 4.1, and the bug is still there, but the ad on the top was another one, so it didn't expand down like in OpenSuse. However, the offending ad was on the right and the page expanded to the right. Anyway, problem is related to flash, but not to flash versions.
Cannot reproduce. Both the archived and current pages render fine using Konqueror with either one of the browser engines in KDE 4.7.4.
