Version:           1.0.1 (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)
Installed from:    Gentoo Packages
Compiler:          gcc-4.1.1 x86_64-pc-linux-gnu
OS:                Linux

The default colour for join, part and other server messages in chat windows is some kind of purple. Even though it might be configurable, this does not seem to be a sane default.
You might want to consider setting this to some less eye-catching colour.

Please see the screen shots attached below for a comparison.
