Description Anders Lund 2007-03-25 19:13:41 UTC
Version: 1.9.6 (using KDE 3.5.6, Kubuntu (feisty) 4:3.5.6-0ubuntu9)
Compiler: Target: x86_64-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.20-9-generic

When attaching contacts from the address book, they have the wrong encoding inside KMail.

I simply selected a group of contacts and dragged them onto the composer window.

While the contacts (containing danish letters ÆØÅøæå) reads correctly in the addressbook, that is not so within KMail.

The contacts I sent were in iso8859-1 encoding (which is correctly stated in the email source), if I send utf-8 encoded contacts it works

Do you think this is the same as bug 91393?
