Description Andrew Walker 2007-03-22 21:37:48 UTC
Version: HEAD (using KDE KDE 3.5.1)
OS: Linux

PROBLEM:

When a Kst session is saved that is using a pulse generator created vector the vector is not reloaded from the Kst file.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Start Kst
If necessary enable the Pulse Extension
Select Tools... Pulse Generator
Select a name for the desired vector and hit OK
Create a curve from the generated vector
Save the Kst session
Exit Kst
Restart Kst
Open the saved Kst session

RESULTS:

Kst complains "The Kst file could not be loaded in its entirety due to missing objects or data." and identifies the pulse generator created vector.

EXPECTED RESULTS:

The Kst session is restored correctly.

This can't be fixed properly until we have factory classes. Furthermore, pulse is removed from the build.
