Description Andrey Cherepanov 2007-03-19 16:26:54 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.6)
Installed from: Unspecified Linux
Compiler: i586-alt-linux-g++ (GCC) 4.1.1 ALT Linux, build 4.1.1-alt11
OS: Linux

I try to archive one page with long title (Cyrillic, UTF-8 locale). If I leave full title as filename (>128 bytes long on ext3) and try to archive in webarchive plugin, this plugin reports about no errors but file was not created. If I try to touch this file in console I got: touch: cannot touch `...': File name too long.

Please, check file creation errors in webarchive plugin.

Message from the Bugsquad and Konqueror teams:
This bug is closed as outdated, as we do not have the manpower to maintain the KDE3 version anymore.
If you still can reproduce this issue with Konqueror 4.8.4 or later, please open a new report.
Thank you for your understanding.
