Description Alberto Torres Ruiz 2007-03-18 13:56:27 UTC
Version: 3.5.6 (using KDE 3.5.6, Kubuntu (edgy) 4:3.5.6-0ubuntu1~edgy1)
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.17-10-generic

Login to a roundcube webmail. The demo at http://www.roundcube.net/ is currently inactive, so try out it here: http://correo.agaroth.com

The messages are read double-clicking the item in the list (single click is for select, with ctrl or shift for multiple selection). If you double-click accidentally in the empty area of the list, it starts a select text drag: put the mouse outside the list and a lot of things will be selected.

I think this is the same bug as this:
Go to http://drupal.org/search/issues
Try to select the 'Has attachament' text. Unlike other checkbox texts, this text is actually part of the checkbox. To select it, start dragging outside and end the drag inside. The select drag didn't end: without touching the mouse button it keeps selecting things.

Another annoyance (this seems to be the same as #124842 but still does that one year after the report):
Click one of the elements at the left: a drag starts which doesn't stop until another click is done.

Hint reproducing the first bug:
1. Select a message (single click)
2. Doble click the blank area
3. Put the mouse over one of the icons above

What I see is that roundcube offers a program to download, but no login.
Sorry, can not reproduce.
