NOTE: I am not able to give recipe to reproduce this bug, however it is in KMail for a long time now. I didn't report it sooner because I wanted to figure out how to reproduce it. It happen however at ~random.

New mail -> composer -> write something (few paragraphs) -> select all (via keyboard shortcut ctrl+a) -> *

* means that I try to copy the selection (ctrl+c), but when I release "a", the whole text is deselected. So when I press "c", I copy nothing.

I hope somebody saw this bug in action, maybe together we will be able to track it down.
