Description Juan Carlos Torres 2007-03-12 16:30:29 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.6)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux

In Kopete's chat window, pressing Shift+Enter will insert a blank line. However, this only happens once. Also, it only happens if there is no text in the input field initially. If you typed something in the box, Shift+Enter doesn't work.

Alt+Enter and Ctrl+Enter work normally.

May be related to bug 91409
Comment 2 Marco Huenseler 2007-07-28 19:22:59 UTC
I can confirm that.
Comment 3 Matt Rogers 2008-01-07 04:21:49 UTC
I couldn't reproduce this with KDE 4.0, so i'll close the bug. Please reopen if you can somehow reproduce with KDE 4.0. If you do reopen the bug, please provide exact instructions on how we can reproduce it. Be sure to include the protocol you were chatting over.

Thanks!
