Version:           1.2 (using KDE 3.5.2, Kubuntu Package 4:3.5.2-0ubuntu18.2 dapper)
Compiler:          Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.15-28-386

When I had the Hour Size set to 4 pixels under Settings/Configure Calendar/Views/Agenda View, it gave me about 27 hours in the Daily Calendar.

This could be the same bug as bug #108606.
Can you upgrade to the newest version and check if it works then?
