I can reproduce, but only if I invoke Konqueror with the URL:

konqueror http://www.clubic.com/afficher-en-plein-ecran-463966.html

If run Konqueror without supplying a URL and enter it in the location bar afterwards, a popup appears whether I want to close the window.

This issue cannot be reproduced in kde4 trunk (r. 799086). Tested both methods, everything worked perfectly.

Works for me in 3.5.9. Closing.
