Compiler:          gcc 4.1.2 i586-suse-linux
OS:                Linux

I type messages and they don't appear in the chat windows. The other person can send messages too, and they don't appear. Everything else still works, so I guess the problem's in the display widget. Of course, this is only a problem with the SVN version, not any official release. I saw a bug like this in the tracker system which said to change styles, but that didn't work for me.

Well I'm happy to say that as I was going through and trying each theme to see if I could find one that works, it started working again, although there is an issue with the Hacker style. I'll file that separately. This was really weird though, and probably should be looked into more.
