I tried several times to install a HP photosmart 8250. It works with the software 8100, but not 8200. In the end of the proces a screen pops up with the text:
'Niet in staat om de gevraagde pagina te vinden.'
Translated: 'Not possible to find the requested page.'

KDEPrint is obsolete, unmaintained and will never be revived.  Closing all open bugs.
