Description Juergen Helmers 2007-02-20 16:54:03 UTC
Version: 0.91 rc1 (using KDE KDE 3.5.6)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
Compiler: gcc version 4.1.2 20061115 (prerelease) (SUSE Linux)

OS: Linux

I take pictures in the raw format and in my workflow end up with a main Dir (date of shooting) that has all the raw file in it. Processed files (TIFF-8, TIFF-16, JPEG-8, PROOF, and web) end up in subdirectories inside the main Dir.
It would be nice if one could group these as a single album, which then has subdirs. Instead digikam handles the subdirs as single albums, that clutter the uncategorized section in the album view.

If this is already possible it should be better documented, as for the love of god I could not find it...

Cheers Juergen

Hi!

Please consider this wish as obsolete. I did find the function I was looking for already implemented:

"Sort Albums by Folder".
