Hello,
I was following the following URL from within Contact/Akregator:

When an error occurred while loading javascript:NextFunction();:
Could not start process Unable to create io-slave:
 klauncher said: Unknown protocol 'javascript'.

Copied the URL to Firefox and Konqueror and i was able to finish the questionaire
