Description Netterfield 2007-02-17 00:36:42 UTC
Version: 1.4.0_devel (using KDE 3.5.6, Kubuntu (edgy) 4:3.5.6-0ubuntu1~edgy1)
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.17-11-generic

When I start kst, I get a kst debug error report in the bottom right of the window. I click on it to pullup the Kst Debug Dialog. This dialog reports that it "Could not load data-object plugin Test Plugin"

There is no suggestion as to how to "fix" this, and I have not figured out what to do to get it to quit whining.

I think you just need to remove that plugin.

A bad plugin had ended up on my system... removing it 'fixed' the problem.
But: there is no way from kst to clean up an old plugin - you have to go and find it and delete it by hand.

Probably not something to fix.

This is hard to fix as KDE doesn't really provide anything for
doing it and some of these could be installed system wide (no
permissions).
