Version:           HEAD (using KDE KDE 3.5.1)
OS:                Linux

PROBLEM:
When the plugin manager is opened it shows all the plugins as being loaded.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Start Kst
Select Settings... Plugin...

RESULTS:
All the of the plugins displayed are shown as loaded

EXPECTED RESULTS:
As none of the plugins have yet been used they should not be shown as loaded.
Alternatively, if they are indeed loaded, then the Loaded column should be removed as it is no longer meaningful.

Removing the 'loaded' column sounds right to me.
