Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.6) Installed from: SuSE RPMs After testing KMail's new template feature, I found a big usability problem. You can: - set up default templates - in my case with german attribution line - create "named" templates using settings - composer - my templates, for example a template named "reply english" with english attribution lines - enter templates per idendity - enter templates per folder But you cannot choose to use a "named" template for a folder or idendity - which makes the "named" templates quite useless :-( Instead, you have to paste the template to the folder or idendity. This is annoying already (I use about 20 idendities and even more mailinglist folders), but it will be really annoying in case you want to change the template... The dialogs to setup the templates per folder / per idendity should offer to a) use "named" templates (using a dropdown) b) enter a special template for this specific folder / idendity (textarea, already available)
Mass-changing component to "templates" and adding original template author to CC list.
