Version: 1.2.5 (using KDE KDE 3.5.5) Installed from: Ubuntu Packages I am using aKregator as a stand-alone application. When viewing an article in a tab and clicking on a feed in the feeds list at the left of the screen, aKregator's behaviour is inconsistent in the following way: - if you click on a feed other than the one currently selected, aKregator switches to the articles tab, but - if you click on the feed currently selected, aKregator doesn't react to the click and so doesn't switch to the articles tab. I view this as a usability bug. I think the current behaviour is an unnecessary bother. The rationale: if you click on a feed in the feed list, it should be obvious that you want to see the list of articles for that feed. The user shouldn't need to do either of the following: - first click on another feed and then reselect the feed that (s)he wants, or - only when wanting to view the articles list for the currently selected feed explicitly need to click on the articles tab.
Confirmed here.
Sounds reasonable.
Works here. KDE 4.9.3 Thank you for reporting
