Description chris-kde 2007-01-31 14:29:02 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux

I prefer to use KMail seperately from Kontact, with all other components, it's possible to select that they not be included in kontact (via Settings->Configure Kontact, Select Components..)
But KMail cannot be disabled, meaning it is always listed in the Kontact window.

Can this component also be optionalised.

KMail can also be disabled by Settings->Configure Kontact->Select Components.
That list does not have the same order as on the Kontact sidebar though.
Works fine here with KDE 3.5.6, what version are you using?

Disabling the KMail part works just fine in Kontact.
