Description Martin Bernreuther 2007-01-21 02:01:56 UTC
Version: 4.6.0,4.9.0 (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
Compiler: gcc 4.1.3?
OS: Linux

Using "usb:" as device, the kpilot GUI freezes at startup, if kpilotDaemon is already running.
Without kpilotDaemon running, it also freezes trying to change settings.

There're already some solution ideas:

(but I'm submitting this bug that it's not falling into oblivion...)

Hi Martin. This should be fixed now. The not-yet-released version of kpilot from /branches/KDE/3.5/kdepim/kpilot should resolve this problem. Please test with that version (kpilot 4.9.1) and re-open this if you still have this problem.

Thanks!! =:)
