I have found this bug and tested it by going to webdav://box.net/dav and don't know any other WebDAV sites to test. It only occurs when there are escaped characters in the URI. An extra folder will appear, regardless of view modes, with the the URI-escaped name of the folder you are in. I doubt this is only a bug in box.net, but I could be wrong.

I've found this occuring when connecting to a webdav share on a Windows server so it's not limited to box.net

Too old and cannot be reproduced in KDE 4.7.2 or newer.
