Description Jørgen Hermanrud Fjeld 2007-01-05 20:44:23 UTC
Version: 1.2.3 (using KDE 3.5.5, Kubuntu (feisty) 4:3.5.5a.dfsg.1-3ubuntu9)
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.20-3-generic

When using smtp+ssl+plain, no authentication happens. By reverting to smtp+tls+plain, everything works as expected. I suspect a bug that skips authorisation when using ssl.

Still an issue in a recent kmail version?
