Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

It would be nice to have a option to lock the toolbars in konqueror, kopete, whatever. 

This should be solve many mistakes with "stupid arrangements" and another positiv effect would be a better optic.

For a better understatement here is a picture, this should be removed after i activated the "lock" option.

This feature has been implemented in trunk (KDE 4).
