the Knetworkmanager program requires of each starting of the computer the password of Wifi connection. The Kdewallet program does not record the password in a final way.

Le programme Knetworkmanager demande à chaque démarrage de l'ordinateur le mot de passe de connexion Wifi.  Le programme Kdewallet m'enregistre pas le mot de passe de manière définitive. 

Après plusieurs réinstallations de Kubuntu le défaut persiste.  

After several reinstalments of Kubuntu the defect persists.

This seems to be a (former?) KNetworkManager bug.

Do you mean that storing the password in kwallet doesn't work (and you need to reenter it) or that KNetworkManager doesn't offer you to save the password in the wallet?

Or is the problem solved altogether?

Since it is an older version of Ubuntu I assume this report concerned knetworkmanager-0.2, which had bugs in its wallet support when originally released.  They were since fixed.
