Description alastair.douglas 2006-10-24 22:41:42 UTC
Version: (using KDE 3.5.2, Kubuntu Package 4:3.5.2-0ubuntu18.1 dapper)
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.15-27-386

The only highlight at the moment flashes the system tray icon between two barely contrasting colours. This is unnoticeable, so it would be preferable to have the option - and ideally the default - be that its taskbar entry flash instead.

Settings -> Configure Notifications allows you to do just that.

(By the way, the two colors of the systray icon have a very stark contrast - for someone with unimpaired vision. KDE 4.0 is supposed to have APIs to request colors that are distinguishable with people who suffer from color blindness, which we will certainly make use of.)
