STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Start Kst
Create a plot with a curve
Open the View Vector Values dialog
Remove the created curve
In the data manager hit the Purge button

RESULTS:
The vectors associated with the created curve are still listed in the View Vector Values dialog vector selector

EXPECTED RESULTS:
The vectors associated with the created curve are no longer listed in the View Vector Values dialog vector selector

NOTE: This applies to the similar dialogs (fit results, matrix values)
