Description Marius 2006-10-15 22:39:32 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages

When rightclicking on a msn contact in kopete 0.12.3 using the keyboard right click button, no right click menu shows up. The button works in all other kde apps.

Does this happen only with MSN contacts? It works for me with ICQ and Jabber contacts when selecting them via keyboard.

And please keep in mind that the menu key is bound to the keyboard navigation. That is, it does only work on active views and selected items within them. When just moving the mouse over a contact, it will not show the context menu of the pointed contact but of the selected one. The same holds true for, e.g., KMail. If the folder list view is activated, the menu will bring up the context menu of the selected folder, even if the mouse is over the message list view or an other folder.

I couldn't reproduce this. Anytime I use the keyboard right click button, it works.
