Version:           3.5.5 (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)
Installed from:    Gentoo Packages
Compiler:          gcc version 4.1.1 
OS:                Linux

Toggling between different sizes,  I'm not able to change the size of the Views toolbar's icons. No problem for other toolbars.

I also use Gentoo.

I confirm this bug. Toolbar icons did not have the right size with Korganizer 3.5.5.

There have been other complaints about missing KOrganizer icons in the Gentoo version of KDE 3.5.5.

My investigation into this problem seems to indicate that Gentoo has forgotten to install the icons found in the kdepim/pixmaps directory.

So, could you guys please file a bug with Gentoo to ask them to install those icons?  You can ask them to contact me if they have questions/concerns.

The "missing icons" bug was reported and fixed.

But, the "size" bug remains.

I have this same bug (too small icons) in Debian testing/unstable, so it's not a Gentoo bug. If I choose a larger icon size, the blank space around the icons increases, but the icon images themselves do not.

If there's something I can do to debug this, I'll be happy to help (I have some devel/C++/gdb/other skills, only KDE/Qt I'm not very familiar with, and I have KDE with debugging symbols installed).

I have the exact same problem with the icon sizes.

I have a newly installed KDE 3.5.8 on FreeBSD 6.3-RC2.
I'm running a 64-bit system if that matters.

My system is 64-bit (Debian amd64 unstable) too, and was so at the time I wrote comment #6. I don't have access to it right now so I can't tell if I still have this bug, though.

Bug still exists in KDE 3.5.9 (Debian Sid here). It doesn't matter if the relevant icons are available in all necessary sizes, they just cannot be displayed larger than 22x22. An exception is when you choose other icons for single buttons, those own icons are displayed in the size the view toolbar is set to - but, and now it gets even a little more weird, only in kontact, not when korganizer is started stand-alone.

Works fine in current trunk.

Can anyone else confirm this?
