Description GML 2006-10-13 14:30:05 UTC
Version: inconnu (using KDE 3.5.5, Kubuntu (dapper) 4:3.5.5-0ubuntu1)
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.15-27-686

When Kde starts, I have kopete that demands the password to open my kwallet.

But, I've also kate that starts, and when kate starts, it give the focus of kwallet password window.

It's really a problem for me, because, when I typed my password, the beginning is into kwallet password window and the end into kate with the focus changing.

Thanks to fix this.

Not the same problem.
Please provide exact steps to reproduce the problem.

1. start kate with some files and (knetworkmanager or kopete or kmail).
2. restart your computer or kde.
3. During the startup of kde, kwallet appears for (knetworkmanager or kopete or kmail) and you start to type your password.
4. When kate starts, kwallet lost the focus.

This bug is a problem when the password is long to type (more than 20 characters) because kate can start before the end of typed password.

This is not just related to kde startup but more general. KWallet doesn't stay on top if the window pops up before other applications do. As the other bug is more general I'm closing this one.
