Description Ilpo Kantonen 2006-10-12 07:31:10 UTC
Version: 1.0 (using KDE 3.5.5, Kubuntu (dapper) 4:3.5.5-0ubuntu1)
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.15-27-386

I updated KDE 3.5.4 -> KDE 3.5.5, so Konversation is now 1.0. When I did /aaway sleeping and in morning /aaway again, that didn't bring me back online. Iam now grey nickname in nick list and /whois command says that Iam away.

Aaway worked ok KDE 3.5.4 but now the bug appeared. Away is same. It leaves person away and don't bring back.

If I do ctrl+shift+a that works and brings me online, but /aaway don't.

Quoting the changelog: "If given no parameter, the "/away" command will now set the away state with the default away message. The "/back" and "/unaway" commands can be used to unset the away state."

-> Please use "/aback" from now on.

The manual ("Frequently-used IRC commands" section) still lists "/away" as the way to cancel "away", please update it to "/back".
Comment 4 Eike Hein 2007-02-07 02:08:38 UTC
It's actualy /away again in SVN, so the manual is right.
