It would be really beneficial to student or anyone who uses mathematical based graphs who use KOffice to have a feature that incorporates KAlgebra into the Koffice suite, so that documents could have well supported images of these graphs - for instance to turn into your Algebra instructor or your paper for Nobel Prize in Mathematics. 

just seems pretty simple to add into the framework of Koffice-shell as another integrated component.

From the sourceforge pages I see that its a MathML package, which already exists in the form of KFormula (which also happens to be part of the KOffice suite).

If you have specific features you are missing there, file a wishlist to KFormula.
If you have specific graphing features you are missing please file a wishlist against KChart.
