Yes, unfortunately the KOffice handbook is quite obsolete in this version (and some information that is in it, does not belong here, IMO)

I've put a tentative TOC for 2.0 in SVN (trunk/koffice/doc/tocs.txt).

KOffice was moved to unmaintained and replaced by Calligra
