Compiler:          GNU gcc 4.1.1 
OS:                Linux

I have two separate screens with two separate Kicker panels (does not span from one screen to the other).  When I attempt to set the size of my kicker panel to "Small", it is ignored and chooses to remain the standard default double height size.  The primary screen's kicker does not have this problem.  Further, if I attempt to change its position, it too, is not honored.
