Description Janet 2006-09-08 17:11:08 UTC
Version: 1.9.4 (using KDE 3.5.4, Debian Package 4:3.5.4-3 (testing/unstable))
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.17.9-slh-smp-1

I have set the size to filter mails to 1 byte so that every message of every email account is presented to me before downloading it and I can choose wether I want to delete it or download it. But it really is a pain to have to click on every single message to select it when there is a new spam attack or I get a lot of (wanted) mail. The best thing would be to be able to just click on the appropriate column header to select all mails for that action in addition to be able to select/deselect them message by message. A further addition would be to let the user decide which option should be preselected for a certain pop3 account, maybe there's an account with mostly spam so the user could set the preselection to "delete" and another which would have "download" preselected. What I really never need is that preselected "later".

Oh well yes, that would be of great help! I also filter my mail and get about 50 mails per day where I have to change the default "download later" to either yes or no. I need the later selection sometimes but never as default.
