Version: 0.12.2 (using KDE 3.5.4, Gentoo) Compiler: gcc version 3.4.4 (Gentoo 3.4.4-r1, ssp-3.4.4-1.0, pie-8.7.8) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.14-gentoo-r4 When I join MUC room, kopete won't display messages of people who aren't in this room at the moment. If they will join the room, and I will exit and join again, it will disply their messages. In psi, for example, it works correct. If someone is offline, or not in this room at the moment, but have written something earlier, psi will display his messages.
Cannot confirm in trunk r828808. I did the following: 1. Sign on to Jabber acct #1 (via Kopete) 2. Sign on to Jabber acct #2 (via Pidgin) 3. Make #1 join a chatroom 4. Send IM from #2 to #1 5. #1 received message successfully 6. Join #2 to the chatroom 7. Send chat message from #2 8. #1 saw the message in the chatroom successfully 9. Removed #2 from the chatroom 10. Sent IM from #2 to #1 11. #1 received message successfully
This should be fixed in the next KDE 4.1 release.
I've just compiled the svn code (KDE 4.1.60/Kopete 0.50.80) and somehow it still doesn't work. If I join the room I'll only get messages from people actually present in the room.
