Version:           nieznana (using KDE 3.5.4 Level "a" , unofficial build of SUSE )
Compiler:          Target: i586-suse-linux
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.16.21-0.13-smp

I'll give the screenshot to explain this - let's say I want to change the wallpaper so i enter kdesktop configuration with RMB and then i can browse the wallpapers i have.

Take a look at the attachment. I have 3 files in a row : 
kernelatworkfl.jpg
kielce.jpg
kollaboration.svg

The last one is where the pointer is so it's highlighted. When i press KEY UP from keyboard arrows the sellection goes to kernelatworkfl.jpg and not to kielce.jpg as it should be.

It's very old bug but i just didn't reported in previous releases
