Description Marsup 2006-08-24 20:59:21 UTC
Version: 0.12.1 (using KDE 3.5.4, Kubuntu Package 4:3.5.4-0ubuntu2~dapper1 )
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.15-26-386

Spell checking is not working in an irc entry box, it will try to check "<html><head><meta name="qrichtext"...." if I open the dialog, though it is working when it's an msn entry box.
And in addition, when I enable automatic spell checking, it will even send badly spelled words in red on irc.

I may confirm this bug. Kopete 0.12.2 svn revision 581002.
Comment 2 Marius Cirsta 2008-07-07 20:07:37 UTC
IRC isn't supported in the latest versions of Kopete ( kdenetwork 20080705+svn828272 ) so there is no way this can be tested. IRC code is broken anyway and will probably be changed a lot so I suggest closing this one.
