Description Tor B 2006-08-20 16:07:09 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.1)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

When I am logged in with more than one account to the msn network and my status changes; Either manualy or because of innactivity; Kopete returns a 911 error message. It's very annoying. So now I'm only logged in with one msn account at a time to avoid having to click me trough a bunch of error messages every time I get back to my PC. This error shows up in a fresh SUSE 10.1 installation of KDE(Linux 2.6.16.21-0.13-default i686 System: SUSE LINUX 10.1 (i586) KDE: 3.5.1 Level "a").

I can verify. If you run two kopete's at once, both get this error.

Confirmed in kde4 (Kopete 0.50.80).

We've completely replaced the current MSN implementation with a new MSN implementation which If you continue to experience this bug after testing the new implementation (which can be gotten from our subversion repository or with the KDE 4.2 Beta 1 release), PLEASE, open a new bug rather than reopening this bug. Thank you for your time and efforting in helping us find and fix problems in Kopete.
