Description Axel Braun 2006-08-20 10:51:42 UTC
Version: 1.9.4 (using KDE 3.5.4 Level "a" , unofficial build of SUSE )
Compiler: Target: i586-suse-linux
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.13-15.10-default

Send a HTML-Message with some umlauts (äöü) and *no special formatting* in it. In the outbox, select 'resend message': The message that is displayed looks OK.
Now add some formatting, e.g. bold text, and send the message.
Again, Choose resend: All Umlauts are replaced with =FC4= and stuff liek this.
Expected result: Umlauts in formatted HTML mails are displayed unchanged when resending a message
