Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.4) Installed from: Gentoo Packages I see on http://www.kdedevelopers.org/node/2237 that development of krdc is active again and that new features that are not mentioned on http://wiki.kde.org/tiki-index.php?page=Krdc+Roadmap should be requested on bugs.kde.org. Current kwallet integration stores only the password, which is ok for vnc, but for other protocols this isn't sufficient. rdesktop for example needs a username as well. Current kwallet implementation for rdp is useless unless your linux account is the same as the windows/rdp account you want/need to use. Would you be so kind to add the username as well? Thanks a lot. Another nice extension is the possibility to define a default account (fex administrator) for RDP-session if none is stored in kwallet.
This should be implemented before KDE4.0 final release.
