Description Michael Helmling 2006-07-26 08:50:21 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.3)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
OS: Linux

When downloading images from my camera digiKam rotates them appropriate according to their EXIF information. While this is generally what I want, it takes some time, and the camera is doing nothing but eating battery power in that time.
It would be nice if the rotation could be done AFTER transferring all the pictures, so one can turn of the camera to save battery.

There is a kipi-plugins for that : JPEGLossLess

A menu option 'Image/Auto Rotate/Flip Using Exif Informations' is available on Main interface.
