Description Mark Szentes-Wanner 2006-07-17 23:47:00 UTC
Version: 1.9.1 (using KDE 3.5.2, Debian Package 4:3.5.2-2+b1 (testing/unstable))
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.15-1-686

We all hate dumb help desk auto-replies which do absolutely nothing about the problem we described.

However, if the overworked help desk employees could have the editor inserting text blocks (autotext) when answering personally, just as a proposal, which then gets edited for the real answer ... well, that would be an improvement for people using KMail and answering (without a real trouble ticket system).

Some code is already there for checking the words "attachment" etc. (according to the Komposer settings in KMail).
