Description gnomino 2006-07-15 07:48:53 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.3)
Installed from: Fedora RPMs
OS: Linux

In statistics dialog, words per minute is calculated as total # of words / time passed. Words used to calculate WPM should be five letters long. (Letters in generated lectures are generally much longer, which means that the displayed WPM is lower than that calculated using standard method.)

Information on standard WPM calculation from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Words_per_minute.

Version 2.0.0 shows only CPM so no problem there.
